Important Information:

  • Schedule subject to change without notice. Check website or call the studio for the most up to date information.
  • All regularly scheduled mat and reformer classes are 1 hour.
  • All mat classes are ongoing; you may begin at anytime - just show up.
  • **All Reformer and Spine Corrector classes require pre-registration.
  • Saturday Advanced Spine Corrector Class is 1.5 hours ($18)
  • Instructor permission is required before you can begin reformer classes. The Beginner's Reformer Package or a private session is a prerequisite for an understanding of reformer use and for your safety.
  • Cancellation policy of 24 hour notice applies to all classes and workshops requiring pre-registration.
  • The studio will be closed Thursday, Thanksgiving November 27th and Friday November 28th. Count your blessings, enjoy your family, and friends, then join Wendi August Saturday, November 29th to "Get the Turkey off Your Tush" a no nonsense butts and guts workout from 9:30am -11:00 am.
  • Wednesday, Christmas Eve December 24th the studio closes at 12:00pm through Friday December 26th. Join us Saturday, December 27th for a special holiday workshop. Details coming soon.
    Wednesday, 12/31, New Year’s Eve, the studio closes at 3:00 pm and re-opens on January 2nd.

 


Class Descriptions
 
MAT CLASSES
 
Pilates Mat Class Level 1
Level 1 classes are an excellent class for those who have completed an intro series and like a slower paced class, returning students who need reminders of basics and haven’t exercised recently or fit students who pick-up concepts easily yet have no Pilates experience.
Pilates Mat Level 1 - 2
Level 1 - 2 classes focus on reinforcing Pilates fundamentals and building a progressive repertoire of increasingly challenging exercises. These classes also introduce rings, rollers and core bands.
 
Pilates Mat Class Level 2
Level 2 classes work at a solid intermediate level with more upper body conditioning.
Pilates Mat Level 3
Level classes move at a quicker pace than level 1 - 2 classes, yet reinforce Pilates fundamentals, build stamina, endurance and challenge the mind body connection.
Pilates Mat Level 4
Our most advanced mat class, Level 4 offers a quick-paced, intense, challenging workout and break down of advanced Pilates repertoire. Level 4 also includes more upper body strengthening, coordination and balance work. It is ideal for the experienced practitioner.
 
The Good Posture Mat Workout
This ongoing multilevel workout focuses on targeting muscle groups that need to be stretched and strengthened to allow good posture, making this class safe for most people with back and neck issues. (See instructor with questions.)
 
REFORMER
Beginning Reformer Workout
This class is designed as a workout for the practitioner with an understanding of Pilates basics and would like a Pilates apparatus experience. Class size limited to 6. Must make a reservation.
 
Continuing Reformer Workout
This class is designed for the experienced practitioner with an understanding of Pilates reformer basics, who is ready for a more challenging workout. Class size limited to 6. Must make a reservation.
 
Allegro Flow Reformer
A continued reformer workout set to music. For the experienced practitioner. Class size limited to 6. Must make a reservation.
 
NEW CLASSES
 
Intro to Pilates Mat

This 4 class series teaches the fundamentals of Pilates to prepare you for all other Pilates work.
Saturday series begins October 4th, 11:15am - 12:15am

Must pre-register for all 4 sessions.

 
Intro to Spine Corrector
A 4 week class series that introduces this unique piece of apparatus. This is an intermediate level class and requires prior Pilates mat experience ($48). Thursdays, 4:00pm - 5:00pm beginning Sept. 11th Must pre-register for all 4 sessions.
 
This class is designed for seniors who want to improve their strength, posture and balance in a supervised setting. A pre-assessment screening is done for each participant before starting the class to assess strength and balance, to obtain a medical history and to discuss participant goals.
