• All 4 pack series must be used in 6 weeks
• All 8 pack series must be used in 10 weeks

Important Information:

• All regularly scheduled mat and reformer classes are 1 hour.
• All mat classes are ongoing; you may begin at anytime - just show up.
• All Reformer and Spine Corrector classes require pre-registration.
• Spine Corrector Class ($18) is 1.5 hours
• Instructor permission is required before you can begin reformer classes. The Beginner's Reformer Package or a private session is a prerequisite for an understanding of reformer use and for your safety.
• A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all classes that require pre-registration, private and duet sessions.

 

One On One Sessions

All one on one sessions include evaluation/assessment, postural analysis, personalized instruction and programming to help you reach your goals and an introduction/continued emphasis on the Pilates Principles.
