Pilates as her method of performing physical therapy since 2001.
“I love the precision and alignment principles of Pilates
that are essential to good movement as well as the assistance
that the equipment can provide to people for learning proper
movement patterns. This is what movement therapy is all about.”
Roxanna’s clients, interests and skills do not end with
the rehab population. Clients include competitive athletes,
performing dancers, weekend warriors and everyday people who
just want good posture and to counter the effects of everyday
life. Her youngest client is 6 years old and her oldest is 86
years young.

instructors for 6 years prior to physical therapy training at
Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. She has cycled
in two California Aids rides, competed in triathlons and is
currently a member of Air Aligned,
